CRM Lite

CRM Lite is a browser based software that allows users to connect directly to their Accounting System’s Accounts Receivable files to view Customer Contact/Address Information. It will also connect the user to Inventory Control module in order to check the availability of stock items, quantities on hand and what warehouse they are located at. The user will also be able to check status or current and past orders for customers in order to manage their clients while on the road.

We are constantly updating the software to add more functionality, our product is not to replace a CRM but to enhance what is not available on current CRM systems a live link to the Accounting Systems Database for current and accurate data.

Coming soon to CRM Lite is ability to view payments and outstanding invoices.

Requirements: A Pentium II or higher PC(Microsoft OS) with Router and ports forwarded usually port 80, Internet connected at all times, BlackBerry OS 5.0 or higher (preferably 6.0) as 5.0 will require a free browser software called Opera Mini, any other mobile device with JavaScript compatibility such as iPhone, iPad, Windows Mobile, Android.
